Join the Kitsify Affiliate Program and start earning commissions by sharing digital products that actually sell. Our affiliate system runs through Shopify Collabs, which automatically tracks your referrals and

payouts. This program applies only to sales made on www.kitsify-shop.com — no other platforms or
resale listings are allowed.

1. Overview

The Kitsify Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved promoters (“Affiliates”) to earn a commission on sales made through their unique referral links. It’s simple: you promote, we handle the checkout, fulfillment, and tracking.

The Program is managed by Immensity Group Business Development Services Corporation, under the subsidiary brand Kitsify (“Kitsify,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Eligibility and Application

  • Open to content creators, digital entrepreneurs, marketers, and publishers with audiences aligned to our products.

  • Apply through Shopify Collabs or by emailing hello@kitsify-shop.com with the subject “Kitsify Affiliate Application”.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.

  • Approval is discretionary and based on audience quality, brand alignment, and compliance with these terms.

3. Program Scope

  • Commissions apply only to purchases made on www.kitsify-shop.com using your Shopify Collabs link.

  • Affiliates promote Kitsify; they do not modify, rebrand, or resell products.

  • Uploading Kitsify products to any third-party marketplace or “deal” site is prohibited unless we authorize it in writing.

4. Tracking and Attribution

  • Shopify Collabs automatically tracks referrals through your unique link.

  • Attribution follows a 30-day cookie window using last-click logic.

  • Only valid, completed, and non-refunded transactions count toward commissions.

  • Self-referrals or suspicious traffic (same device/IP, fake clicks) are excluded.

5. Commission and Payouts

  • A flat commission applies to net sales (after discounts, taxes, refunds, and payment-gateway fees).

  • Payouts are released monthly, once orders clear the refund period.

  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

  • Payments are issued in PHP or USD depending on your payout method in Shopify Collabs.

  • Kitsify may adjust or reverse commissions for refunds, chargebacks, or violations.

6. Conduct Requirements

Affiliates must:

  • Represent Kitsify truthfully and professionally.

  • Disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting (e.g., “I may earn a commission”).

  • Use only approved product information and brand assets.

  • Follow advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.

Affiliates must not:

  • Impersonate Kitsify or present themselves as staff.

  • Bid on “Kitsify” or related brand keywords in ads.

  • Create fake coupons, spam links, or misleading discounts.

  • Post adult, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.

  • Modify or redistribute Kitsify’s downloadable files.

7. Content and Media Usage

You may create reviews, tutorials, or social posts linking to your affiliate URL. Use our approved logos and visuals exactly as provided; do not alter branding or remove watermarks. Hosting or giving away Kitsify digital files is strictly prohibited.

8. Communication and Advertising Rules

  • Email: Send only to subscribers who opted in and include clear unsubscribe options.

  • Social Media: Follow each platform’s community and disclosure rules.

  • Ads: Never claim to be an “official Kitsify account” or run ads under our name.

9. Data and Privacy

Affiliate data is processed through Shopify Collabs in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. You must not collect or store customer data on behalf of Kitsify.

10. Termination

Kitsify may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for policy violations, fraud, or inactivity.

Upon termination:

  • Valid, approved commissions earned before termination will still be paid.

  • Any pending or disputed commissions may be withheld pending review.

11. Independent Status

Affiliates act as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Kitsify. You are responsible for your own taxes, compliance, and legal obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kitsify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability is limited to commissions paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be filed exclusively with the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
